We typically reply within 30 minutes during business hours (Mon–Sat, 9am–6pm SGT). After hours, we reply first thing the next morning.
Do I need to visit your office to get a quote?
No. We come to you. Our standard process is a free on-site visit where we bring flooring samples, measure your space, and give you an honest all-in quote on the spot. Office visits are by appointment only.
What information should I include when I WhatsApp for a quote?
Photos of the area, your unit type (HDB, condo, landed, commercial), approximate floor area in square feet, and a rough renovation timeline. The more we know upfront, the more accurate the quote we can give before the on-site visit.
Where is LN Flooring located in Singapore?
Our office is at 47 Jalan Pemimpin, Halcyon 2 #05-03A, Singapore 577200 – in the Bishan / Toa Payoh industrial belt. We service the entire island, from HDB BTOs in Punggol to landed homes in Bukit Timah and commercial spaces in the CBD.
Can I call instead of using WhatsApp?

Do you charge for site visits or quotations?
No. On-site visits and quotations are completely free with no obligation. Per our values, we never hard-sell – we share an honest expert opinion and let you decide.
