LN Flooring Pte Ltd ("we", "us", "our") is a flooring supply and installation company based in Singapore. We operate the websites at lnflooring.sg and thelnflooring.com (collectively, the "Website").
We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) and its subsequent amendments.

If you arrive at the Website via a Google or Microsoft paid advertisement (i.e. with a gclid, wbraid, gbraid or msclkid parameter), advertising cookies may be set immediately under Google's Consent Mode v2 so we can correctly attribute the ad-driven visit. Analytics and session-replay cookies are not loaded until you click "Accept all" on the banner.
3.3 Browser storage
We also use your browser's localStorage and sessionStorage to cache the product catalogue and remember which pages you visited during your current session. This data stays on your device and is not transmitted to us as a cookie.
3.4 WhatsApp click tracking
When you click a WhatsApp link on the Website, we append a short reference tag (containing a truncated visitor ID and your traffic source) to the pre-filled message so we can attribute enquiries to marketing channels. You can edit or delete this tag before sending the message.
3.5 Withdrawing consent
You can clear cookies at any time using your browser's settings; the consent banner will appear again on your next visit. You can also opt out of Google Analytics using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Enquiries received via WhatsApp are stored within WhatsApp's platform, subject to WhatsApp's Privacy Policy. Any physical notes or records related to your project are kept securely and accessible only to LN Flooring staff.
The AI chat widget on this Website securely transmits your session messages to our internal cloud database. This allows our team to review your enquiries, improve the AI's accuracy, and manually step in to provide accurate quotations when needed.
Analytics and advertising data is processed by our service providers — Google LLC (Analytics and Ads), Microsoft Corporation (Clarity), and Aphyx (first-party attribution and the cookie banner) — under their respective data-processing terms. We do not share names, phone numbers, addresses, or other directly-identifying personal data with these providers; they only receive pseudonymous identifiers and behavioural data tied to the cookies described in Section 3.
We retain project-related personal data for up to 3 years after project completion, for warranty and service reference purposes. Data related to enquiries that did not result in a project is deleted within 12 months.
