Every photo on this page is our own work: vinyl LVT, herringbone and tile installations completed by LN Flooring's in-house team in HDB flats, condominiums and commercial units across Singapore. Nothing here is a stock image or a showroom mock-up. If a floor catches your eye, the same series, colour and finish are listed with current pricing on our flooring catalogue, and we can bring the matching sample to your home on a free site visit.
By property type
Three-quarters of the gallery is HDB work. Typical scopes range from a single bedroom overlay (1 day) to a full 5-room replacement with hacking (3–4 days). We've handled BTO handovers in Tengah, Punggol, and Tampines North, and tile-overlay jobs in 1990s blocks across Bedok, Ang Mo Kio, and Yishun. Damien personally walks every flat before installation to flag uneven sub-floors that need self-levelling compound.
Condo installations require MCST coordination: service-lift booking windows, working-hour limits (usually 9am–5pm weekdays), and noise-rules around hacking. We handle the paperwork and run quieter overlay scopes on weekends when possible. Recent work covers units at 29 Playfair, Circular Road, and a handful of East Coast condos. Premium herringbone and our Korean-made vinyl are the most popular picks here.
Cafés, clinics, offices, and small retail units. Commercial-grade LVT (0.5mm wear layer minimum) is non-negotiable for footfall above 100 visitors a day. We schedule installs overnight or across weekends to avoid disrupting trading hours, and we issue BCA-compliant safety briefs for any contractor or staff onsite during install.

Two- to four-day install for a typical HDB flat. We protect doors and skirtings with cardboard, vacuum after each day, and send daily WhatsApp progress photos.
Final walkthrough, plank-by-plank quality check, and a written warranty covering installation defects for the manufacturer's wear-layer term (typically 10–15 years).
