A Singapore flooring contractor supplies the material and installs it end-to-end: subfloor preparation, levelling, plank or tile laying, skirting, transitions, and finishing. A certified contractor like LN Flooring also handles disposal of old flooring, ensures HDB and BCA renovation rules are met on site, and provides both workmanship and manufacturer warranties. End-to-end accountability is the key difference between a contractor and a retail-only supplier. When something goes wrong, one team owns the fix.
