"Price per square foot" is the number that actually lets you compare quotes, because it strips out flat size and lets you check contractors against each other on the same basis. Every LN vinyl series is supply-and-install, 0.5mm wear layer, 25-year material warranty:

Overlay or Full Hack? Choose Your Method
This is the biggest decision that moves your budget. Overlay skips hacking entirely: one day, no noise, and typically 40–50% cheaper than a full tile job.
Lay new LVT vinyl directly over existing tiles, with no removal needed. Suitable for most HDB flats where tiles are sound and level.
Existing tiles are removed with jackhammers before new flooring is laid. Required when tiles are hollow, cracked or heavily uneven. HDB restricts hacking to weekdays 9am–5pm.
Hidden Costs to Watch For
LN Flooring policy: Every quote itemises supply, installation and door trims. Skirting, hacking, debris disposal and high-floor surcharges are listed as separate line items and disclosed before you sign. There are no surprises on handover day.
