✨ AI Recommendation

Six series. One quality standard.

Every LN Flooring plank ships with a 0.5mm wear layer and a 25-year product warranty, backed by a 1-year workmanship warranty on our installation. The six series differ in pattern, plank thickness, and intended room use — not in build quality. Prices below are supply-and-install per square foot for standard HDB overlay scopes; we issue an itemised written quote within 24 hours of the free site visit.

LN Core Series

S$3.20 psf

5mm · embossed wood grain

Our entry tier — classic timber-grain planks for bedrooms, rental units, and budget-conscious whole-flat overlays. Same 0.5mm wear layer and 25-year warranty as every other series; the price reflects pattern range, not build quality.

LN N Series

S$3.50 psf

5mm · embossed wood grain

Wood-grain planks with a Nano Silver antibacterial layer baked into the wear surface. A small step up from Core — popular with families with young children, pets, or anyone wanting a slightly deeper grain texture in the same wood-grain register.

LN Korea Series PREMIUM

S$4.00 psf

5mm · embossed wood grain

Korean-manufactured LVT with tighter dimensional tolerances than China-sourced equivalents — the seam line stays cleaner under direct sunlight and aircon cycling. Our default recommendation for living rooms and full-flat renovations.

LN Urban Stone Series

S$4.00–4.40 psf

5mm · matt marble & stone

Marble- and stone-effect planks — Cotton Beige, Moonstone Grey, Silverslab, Greystone, and the large-format Urban Stone range. The right pick when you want the visual weight of stone without the cost or cold underfoot of real tile. Common for kitchens, entryways, and statement living rooms.

LN H Series

S$4.90 psf

5mm · herringbone-pattern vinyls

Pre-cut planks for a true herringbone lay pattern. Adds visual movement to long living rooms and small condo studios. Installation runs roughly 30% longer than a straight plank lay — we'll factor it into your project schedule upfront.

LN Ultra Series NEW

S$4.80 psf

6.5mm · the thickest LN plank

Our only 6.5mm plank — every other series is 5mm. The extra core thickness adds noticeable sound dampening and a more solid feel underfoot, ideal for full-flat condo and landed installs where acoustic comfort matters. Sample SKUs landing soon — WhatsApp us for the current colourways.

WHAT WE DON'T CARRY

We don't stock SPC, laminate flooring, or planks below 0.5mm wear layer — if a competitor is quoting you on a 0.3mm wear layer or 6mm SPC, that's not a like-for-like comparison with the LN range. Ask us why if you'd like a straight answer.

A quick guide for Singapore homes

Bedrooms (HDB & condo)

LN Core Series or LN N Series. Bedrooms see the lowest foot traffic in the home and rarely deal with water spills, so the entry-level series performs well over a 10–15 year horizon. Pick LN N Series if you want a slightly deeper grain texture and the Nano Silver antibacterial layer; Core if budget is the priority.

Living & dining rooms

LN Korea Series is our default recommendation. Higher dimensional tolerance keeps the seam lines tight under direct sunlight and air-con cycling — both common stress factors in Singapore living rooms. For a statement look, the LN H Series in the same space is a popular upgrade; for the most solid feel underfoot, step up to the new LN Ultra Series 6.5mm planks.

Kitchens & wet zones

All LN LVT is 100% waterproof, but the visual register matters. LN Urban Stone Series in 450×900mm tile format is the natural fit for kitchen floors — stone-look planks read as kitchen flooring and clean up like vinyl.

Rental units & quick turnaround

LN Core Series. Lowest cost per square foot, fastest install, and the 25-year warranty means you're protected even on units you don't occupy yourself. We've installed full 4-room flats in two days for landlords with tight tenant-handover deadlines.

Commercial fit-outs

LN Korea Series or LN Urban Stone Series, depending on whether you want a warm or industrial register. We schedule commercial installs across nights and weekends to avoid disrupting trading hours, and we provide BCA-compliant safety briefs for any contractor onsite.

Overlay vs. hack-and-redo

All six LN series can be installed as an overlay over flat existing tiles, saving S$800–S$2,000 in demolition cost on a typical HDB. We assess the substrate during the home visit; if there's tile lippage above 2mm, we flag it before quoting so there are no surprise self-levelling charges.

Still unsure? WhatsApp Kayler with photos of the room and a rough floor plan — he'll narrow your shortlist to one or two series before the home visit, so you're not staring at 30 plank samples on the day.

Flooring Questions,

Start with the room, then the budget. Vinyl LVT works almost everywhere — bedrooms, living rooms, hallways — because it is warm underfoot, quiet, waterproof, and forgiving of an uneven subfloor. Korean SPC is the right choice for non-air-conditioned rooms, service yards, and balconies (in covered areas) because its rigid limestone-composite core does not expand or contract in Singapore's heat. Herringbone vinyl is the upgrade pattern for living rooms where a single statement floor sets the tone for the rest of the home. Floor tiles are still the right answer for wet kitchens, bathrooms, balconies and outdoor zones where waterproofing has to be structural, not just surface. Mixing materials across rooms is normal and usually cheaper than running one finish through the whole flat.

LVT (Luxury Vinyl Tile) is flexible vinyl with a softer feel underfoot and quieter acoustics — better for bedrooms and air-conditioned spaces. SPC (Stone Plastic Composite) has a rigid limestone-composite core, so it does not expand or contract significantly in heat. That makes SPC the right choice for non-aircon rooms, service yards, and direct-sunlight areas. Both are 100% waterproof and click-lock installed. Korean SPC is the premium tier — tighter manufacturing tolerances, thicker wear layer (0.5mm standard), and better long-term appearance after a few years of daily wear. See our SPC vs LVT comparison for the technical detail.

Yes — this is called overlay installation. SPC or LVT click-lock planks are laid directly over your existing tiles. You save S$800–S$2,000 in demolition costs, generate no renovation dust, do not need an HDB permit, and the whole flat is done in 1–2 days. The existing tiles do need to be flat (within 3mm over 1.8m), firmly adhered, and free of major cracks — we confirm this at the free site visit. Overlay is not suitable for wet kitchens or bathrooms, where a full tile job with proper waterproofing is still required.

Vinyl overlay for a 3-room HDB: typically 1 day. 4- or 5-room HDB: 1–2 days. Full vinyl with subfloor levelling: 2–3 days. Tile hacking and relay: 5–7 days (Day 1 hacking and debris removal, Day 2 substrate prep and screed, Days 3–4 tile laying and adhesive curing, Day 5 grouting and cleanup). Herringbone-pattern vinyl takes roughly 20% longer than straight-lay because of the angled cuts at every plank. All work is scheduled 9am–5pm on weekdays and Saturdays per HDB renovation rules. Read our full installation timeline guide for a per-room breakdown.

Yes — all three, plus offices and commercial fit-outs. The biggest share of projects is HDB (overlay and full vinyl). Condo work usually involves management corporation (MCST) renovation-approval coordination, which we handle on your behalf. Landed-property installations are typically zoned: premium LVT or herringbone in living areas, standard LVT across upper-floor bedrooms, and porcelain tiles in wet and outdoor zones. We have completed 500+ installations across Singapore and hold 161 five-star Google reviews to date.
